Identify and utilize effective direct sourcing approaches. (in terms of Time, Quality & Cost) Lead the search for talent by sourcing candidates for key / critical senior roles across business lines.
Coach the recruitment team on proper utilization of in-house recruitment tools to reduce reliance on agencies. Source & review recruitment agencies agreements Lead communications with recruitment agencies Process vendors payments Review applications-
Screening & shortlisting process. Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations to line managers Attend technical interviews with line managers Follow up with the Hiring Managers regarding the technical interview process and results.
Lead communications with candidates Offer management & negotiation Ensure an excellent candidates experience is maintained by managing the candidate communications Conduct background / Reference checks on selected candidates Prepare reports against KPIs, recruitment progress, sourcing channels effectiveness and recruitment process effectiveness.
Ensure recruitment progress against goals and objectives and define potential risks Ensure selected candidates are introduced to Admin team in a timely manner.
