About the Position :

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Executive Al Futtaim Vehicle Rental Doha, Qatar . In this role, you will ensure, high level of after sales service is provided to the AVR Rental and Lease Operations, customer satisfaction and enhancing of the brand image to meet and exceed set standards.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include;
  • Maintain all customer documentation & administration for Fleet and Maintenance Division.
  • Raising and Approval of Work orders
  • Invoicing Closing of work order on a daily basis.
  • Filing and scanning of all invoices and damage supporting documents.
  • Preparing WO’s for approvals and preparations for AFSS payments.
  • Receiving the vehicles from workshop.
  • Closing of Branch NRT’s
  • NRT status check
  • Follow-up of the approvals from the team. (ex. Off hire vehicles, emails sent for police report corrections and customer approvals)
  • About You :

    To be successful in winning this role, you should be able to provide demonstrable experience of the following :

  • Graduate and Management Diploma / Degree
  • Fluent in English, Arabic would be an added advantage
  • 2 years of experience in a rent a car company.
  • Technical knowledge of latest vehicle make & models.
  • Knowledge of vehicle repairs and its turnaround time.
  • Full verse with accident damage assessment. Insurance documents requirements.
  • PC- literate : MS-Office : Carpro-Literate
  • Understanding and knowledge of Insurance claim process.
  • Interpersonal Skills, Leadership Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
