The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the projects and initiatives that aim to facilitate change across the organization these changes can be related to the organization such as polices or structural changes specifically for employee behavioral change The individual is expected to provide input from the professional perspective to ensure that change initiative are communicated an executed in a way that resonates with stakeholders and has a genuine impact The Manager is also responsible to manage both onsite teams to ensue that the requisite services are delivered on time and meet required quality standards Only applicants who have these samples should apply basically 1 Sample of internal communication strategy 2 Sample of internal communication campaigns 3 Sample of change management communication strategy and implementation plan 4 Sample of culture definition inclusive of strategic objectives behaviors values communication 5 Sample of internal communication daytoday practices 6 Sample of defined internal guidelines and procedures and how they were developed 7 Sample of townhall experience for 2 500 employees or more 8 Sample of 2 internal print publications
