We are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to join us in our contractscommercial departmentThe candidates will be responsible for generating and maintaining documentation for analyzing negotiating and drafting in collaboration with the Contracts and Legal team members as deemed necessary for project contracts and legal matters.
The mayor dutiesresponsibilities arePerform administrative duties involving filing papers organizing files and legal documents.
Conducting research in legal matters.Drafting emails Internal Memos and scheduling meetings for the Contracts Management Department.
Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files monitoring calendars meeting deadlines documenting actions inputting information into file database.
Updating and maintaining Minutes of Meeting with the Contracts Management Department.Proofreading documents contracts etc.
