Working with quality team inimplementation of hospital wide Continuous QualityImprovement & Patient Safety program.
Assisting Quality Head to evaluate the need forquality improvement on an ongoing basis and identify opportunitiesto improve patient care and safety.
Toreview policies and procedures relating to each function and makenecessary revision and to advise changes in accreditation standardsand maintaining compliances where necessary.
To contribute to hospital-wide and departmental qualityinitiatives. Performing the assessment and analysis of operationsand processes.
Involve in QualityImprovement in-house training programs.
Tomonitor and maintain the adherence to the standards laid by variousaccreditation bodies.
To maintain documentsof all quality system procedures and work instructions.
Responsible for internal auditing of various hospitalservices on various quality standards.
Responsible for identifying bottlenecks in processes, developingstandards operating procedures to make the process error-free andformulating policies in coordination with the respective departmenthead / consultant.
To collect quality dataand information and helping in data analysis. To maintain monthlyquality data, coordinate with various other data sources andvalidating the same.
Helping Quality Head toensure the implementation of the policies and SOPs and monitor thesame on a continuous basis.
To help QualityHead in implementing Quality assurance protocols decided by Astergroup.
Assisting Quality Head and tocoordinate patient safety and risk management program / activities ofAster.
To take up any other qualityinitiative as decided by the management.
Toupdate the quality systems documents as and when required.
To aid in quality improvement training andawareness
To conduct internal quality auditas per the frequency decided.
To co-ordinatewith the HOD’s for the clearance of non-conformity andensure CA & PA are taken when necessary.
