Contribute to the development of Retail strategy within the GCC region and ensure its translation and alignment during its development and execution.
Prepare and recommend the stores budget in the assigned regions (Qatar and Saudi Arabia) by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the retail stores under the assigned geography to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
Allocate sales targets by stores and as per sub-brands; plan sales activities to ensure the achievement of targets on a monthly basis.
Track performance effectiveness of campaigns, gather customer feedback to ensure that improvements can be made to future campaigns.
Plan and forecast monthly reports regarding online sales, costs, and business performance according to company requirements.
