OVERVIEW The Agriculture Sales Associate is responsible for creating market visibility and opportunities for our company by establishing contact with potential clients and facilitating marketing campaigns.
This role will pursue sales leads, promote our company's produce and conclude orders with professionalism while developing and maintaining a strong relationship with key clients.
In addition, this role will provide feedback and make reports on sales-related activities and market information. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : · Create branding for our brand and its products · Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients · Perform cost-
benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential clients to meet their needs · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships · Reach out to clients leads through cold calling · Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction · Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule · Coordinate sales and marketing effort with team members and other departments, whenever necessary · Analyse the territory / market’s potential, track sales, and status reports · Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
