  • Drive implementation of large digital transformation initiatives
  • Analyze customer requirements, user stories, develop product release plans and support squad teams in agile delivery. Agile reporting, visual management, and dashboard to monitor progress.
  • Manage sprint execution and monitor progress. Plan and execute agile ceremonies.
  • Define product roadmap and day-to-day coordination on backlog grooming.
  • Design product vision and requirements document - detailed description of product technical requirements in accordance with product owners
  • Ensure digital strategies and project deliverables are aligned with overall business goals
  • Use Agile project management tools, methodologies, and practices to support delivery
  • Ensure risks are assessed and escalated on time for prompt mitigation actions
  • Facilitate and drive alignment between key stakeholders, product development team and the Scrum team for the business to achieve its goals and objectives
  • Participate in daily agile sessions to remove blockers and streamline product development
  • Drive the agile teams for solution development, priorities, risk mitigation and timely decision making.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality product launches as per the agreed plan
  • Train users and project team on Agile tools and methodology.
  • Drive technical training, change management, and make sure adoption is successful across user base
  • Core competencies and Qualification Requirements

  • 10 years of IT Project Management, IT service delivery, digital products development experience
  • IT Review and business systems qualifications (ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF), preferred
  • Experience of having worked on 2-3 end to end Agile product development / delivery projects
  • Experience with Government and public sector clients in GCC
  • Expert on Agile methodologies and way of working. PMI Agile certification, preferred
  • Executive-level experience in driving business and technology change
  • Strong leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in managing complex digital transformation journeys with a business value-driven approach. Previous experience working with Oracle and SAP solutions preferred.
  • Ability to coordinate and align key executive stakeholders for both Business and System Implementor (SI) sides
  • Ability to document Digital requirements in an 'unambiguous' manner
  • Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling the candidate to build rapport with clients and in a dynamic cross-cultural team.
  • Proven IT skills in Microsoft Office and G-suite applications.
  • Language Skills : Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Fluent in English but multilingual Arabic speaker preferable.
  • The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project dictates.
