Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an established Dealer Group who are looking to hire Service Advisor / s (Native Arabic Speaker) to join their busy premium dealership in Doha, Qatar.
The role involves booking in vehicles which are due in for a service / maintenance on their vehicles, organizing the paperwork, and coordinating with the Workshop Manager / Service Manager for the work to be carried out.
Up-selling is a large part of the role. Our client is offering a competitive salary plus a host of other benefits.
Ideally, you will have 5+ years of experience working with a main dealership front desk and have a "customer first" mindset.
If you are a confident customer service professional, organised and well-groomed with an natural ability to quickly engage with customers and solve problems, you will be successful in this role.
