Works as a part of a high-performingteam to achieve store’s sales plan. Supports salesdriving initiatives, creates daily agendas and directs sellingactivities as (MOD).
Provides coaching in themoment and performance feedback to employees and communicatesperformance issues directly to the General Manager or StoreManager.
Directs employees to ensureappropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise presentations,and ensures selling floor is adequately stocked according to visualstandards.
Stays informed by maintainingproduct knowledge, accesses available training and seeks outadditional resources when necessary.
Completesinventory transactions including but not limited to, receiving,MOS, and RARs. Rings employee transactions.
Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communicationskills with employees, customers, field management and corporateoffice.
Ensures adherence to applicable wageand hour laws. Accurately records time worked according to SLTpolicy.
