Training Manager - FMCG job Description : Training Manager -FMCG We are looking to employ aTraining Manager with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonalcommunication skills.

A Training Manager is expected to be astrategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time managementskills. You will have excellent research skills with the ability tomultitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

To ensuresuccess, Training Managers should understand the business operationand decision-making processes with a keen interest in producingtargeted and tangible results by creating an effective andefficient workforce.

Top candidates will be innovative, strongdecision-makers and outstanding facilitators of learning andchange. Training ManagerResponsibilities : · Identify and assess the training needs of the organization throughjob analysis, career paths and consultation withmanagers.

  • Develop individualized and group training programs that addressspecific businessneeds.· Develop training manuals that target tangibleresults.
  • Implement effective and purposeful trainingmethods.· Effectively manage the trainingbudget.· Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training ismeeting business needs and improvingperformance.
  • Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity toidentify areas ofimprovement.· Drive brand values and philosophy through all training anddevelopmentactivities.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers andmanagement.· Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on theorganizationsgoals.
  • Select and manage resources, including working with both internalemployees and training vendors to develop and delivertraining.
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required todevelop, manage and delivertraining.· Keep abreast of training trends, developments and bestpractices.
  • Training ManagerRequirements : · Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field(essential).· A minimum of 2 years experience in training and developmentmanagement(essential).

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communicationskills.· Superb track record in developing and executing successful trainingprograms.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem solvingskills.· Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and relatedbusiness and communicationtools.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern trainingprocesses.· Fantastic organizational and time managementskills.· Strategic and creative mindset.
