Job Description :

  • Visiting new andexisting customers in SOHO Starlink customer base, providing themOoredoo telecom and ICT solutions and achieving set revenue targets
  • Make weekly forecast against the revenue target set forthe month, as per the pipeline built achieve the numbers by end ofthe week.
  • Building good relationship with customers forrecurring business and reduce churn to maintain a healthy recurringrevenue for the SOHO Starlink customer base.
  • MaintainingSFA and sales reports for the daily visits and business closed on adaily basis and updating team leader accordingly
  • Followup with team leader for closure on the request processed
  • Create ticket for customer issues and follow up with team leader / account support to resolve issues within given SLA to ensurecustomer satisfaction Skills Qualifications & Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience indirect sales
  • Qatar driving license
  • GoodEnglish communication skills, fluency Arabic language is anadvantage
