Work techniques massage

To carry out all treatments included in the treatment menu published in the spa

To deliver treatment service levels to comply with spa center guidelines, health and safety regulations, and Contra indications, ensuring a consistently outstanding guest experience

To maintain a clean and efficient environment and environment to meet and exceed guest expectations

Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales

Assist the guests regarding the hotel facilities in a useful and helpful manner

Follow department policies and procedures

Follow all safety and sanitation policies

Ensure individual guest service by recognizing and responding to their needs and expectations

To ensure a consistently outstanding treatment service at all times
