Job description : OperationalPursue excellence and quality in all the aspects ofthe outlet’s operationCustomer ServiceEnsure that all outlet’s employees provideexceptional guest service at all times.
FinancialEnsure that each outlet is operated in line withgoals to maximise profitability.Support the Operations Director preparating theannual business plan, the budget and analysing the business performance.
MarketingSupport the Operations Director and IN-Q Head ofMarketing & Communication to implement the annual marketing plan for allrestaurants.
Human Resources & ManagementSupport the Operations Director in recruitment.Plan and manage training programs for staff members.
Conduct annual performance management reviews for staff and support themin their professional development goals.Profil de candidat recherché : Experience and RequirementsAt least, 6 years of experiencein the Hospitality Industry in establishments of the same standing.
Understanding of financialbudgeting and forecasting, and the impact of promotional activity.As a recognised manager, you havestrong leadership skills to support your team and to pass on your knowledge.
Ability to work in a team and otherdepartments, demonstrating a collaborative approach.Guest-oriented and service-minded.
Fluent in English, a secondlanguage will be a great asset.
