Duties & Responsibilities1. Greet the customer in a happy and courteous manner. Abiding the company standard how to answer the phone.
2. To get the complete and accurate orders from the customer. Repeat the orders to the customer, making sure that all orders are listed3.
For deliveries, make sure that the complete details of the customer were taken, complete address and phone number.4. To make sure that orders are complete before giving to the customer or delivery5.
Suggesting to customer to order the special of the day6. Upselling target items7. Punching of orders or endorsing the orders to the cashier for kitchen order token, whichever is applicable in the restaurant setting8.
Making sure payment was made and customer will have their orders attached with receipt and change if applicable.9. Making sure that all procedure is in compliance with health and safety regulation imposed by the company and the ministry10.
Help in keeping the common area cleanSkills : 1. Speaking and understanding Arabic is an advantage2. High ability to market the menus.
3. Confident to interact with customers.4. Can work under pressure .5. Can work with minimum supervision.6. Flexible in working hours.
