  • Perform all routineadministrative, support functions of the P&CEO office andassist Board Secretary for the Board of Directors Meeting and AGMand maintaining confidential files and records.
  • Handle incoming mails of Chairman’s office andassist P&CEO office as and when required.
  • Assist in monitoring the budget expenditure, invoicingand payment for the P&CEO Office and BOD in Oracle Fusion ,including expenses and stationery;
  • keep records of collections anddisbursements, and ensure accounts are balanced

  • Maintain the inventory of office stationery, includingplacing orders, arranging delivery, dispensing supplies andhandling receipts.
  • Handling petty cashpayments / reimbursements of P&CEO office.
  • Handling payments dividends and unpaid dividends for allthe shareholders .
  • Follow specified systems,processes and procedures, implemented in the workplace, to ensurecompliance with legal, regulatory, and other requirements / standardsfor example ( Milaha , Qatar Exchange , QFMA and Ministry ofCommerce &Industry, etc.)
