Helps drive company values andphilosophy and ensures all training and development activities arestrategically linked to the organization’s mission andvision.

Works with property leadership team to identify and addressemployee and organizational development needs. The position isresponsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enablethe achievement of desired business results.

Training programsfocus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, companyphilosophy, and customer service and leadership skills.

Conductsneeds assessments, designs and develops training programs andfacilitates the delivery of both custom and corporate trainingprograms.

Measures the effectiveness of training to ensure a returnon investment.


Education andExperience

  • 2-year degree froman accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and RestaurantManagement, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major;
  • 2 years experience in the human resources or related professionalarea; certified trainer.

  • 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel andRestaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, orrelated major;
  • certified trainer; no work experiencerequired.
