Charterhouse is working for a newly established parent company for an existing family business who are going through a transformation and have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Administrative Officer reporting into the CEO.
This integral role for the business will see the incumbent taking full responsibility for and managing the daily administrative operations including corporate administration, human resources, procurement & general services, marketing and IT.
Your role in the company will be critical to the company’s overall performance keeping things in order whilst providing strategic vision to everyday activities for both the short and long term.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures across your key areas of responsibility, budget maintenance allocation and cost management, corporate compliance, and overseeing all other tasks as required
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity where you will have to hit the ground running, therefore you should have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience working for a major company or division of a large corporate.
You should have a proven track record in managing the HR, administrative, general services, IT and marketing ideally in a start-
up, whereby you have developed and implemented company standards and policies and procedures across the business functions.
You should have ERP knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP as well as be a critical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills along with solid stakeholder management experience. Arabic would be advantageous
