Consultancy RoleIncludes :
Activelygenerate new business for Company in terms of generating moreproperties to promote and procuring potential tenants andbuyers.
Promote the sales and renting of company realestate portfolio through local contact network, advertisements,open houses, leads etc.
Inspectcondition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance ornotify the company of maintenance needs.
Accompany clients during visits to and inspections ofproperty, advising them on the suitability and value / features ofthe property they are visiting.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between theproperty owners and clients.
Coordinate with outside real estate brokerages as perCompany’s interests.
Advise the company on how to make property more appealingto potential clients.
Finalizeand coordinate documentation such as representation agreements,lease agreements, closing statements, and the like, as they arerelated and needed.
Coordinateproperty rental and sales deals, overseeing signing of documentsand disbursement of funds.Continually stay in touch with pastclients, current clients, and potential clients to provide optimalcustomer support and satisfaction.
Must possessexcellent written and oral communication skills in English, with anabove average handle in Arabic being advantageous.
Strong background within either Real Estate(Sales OR Leasing) OR High Net-worth Sales (Products, Financialservices, luxury services etc).
Excellent interpersonal skills. A pro-active self-starterwho
can operate both individuallyand as part of a team.
