Inform customers how long heneeds to wait to receive his order and make sure that food will bedelivered on time
Received payment fromcustomers and delivery drivers. Making sure that all orders arepaid
Return the change to customer, ifapplicable.
Prepare cash for deposit on dailybasis and making sure that deposit report is forwarded to accountswith transmittal
Handle various types ofcomplaints from clients or report them to the supervisor ormanager
Sending daily reports; credit sales,complementary, delivery reports, discount summary, Talabat reports,and other reports as instructed.
Able torespond to queries of customers regarding food and servicesoptions ![]()
