You willbe challenged to stay up-to-date with regional competitors andglobal business trends, reviewing critical information as itbecomes available and innovating the solutions which will helpshape the ecommerce field in this emerging market
Manage category contribution to sales and margin targetsagainst budget and short term forecasts
Manage the end-to-end process for defining, enriching andmerchandising of all products for the online channel, ensuringproducts are promoted and priced in line with the category strategyand margin targets
Monitoring and reportingon sales performance, recommending improvements that will growsales and margin where opportunities arise
Responsible for daily management and review of productstock availability and manage site product visibility, to ensurecustomer satisfaction
Identify trends againstforecast and previous performance, recommending and implementingimprovements
Review Category sales forecastsand stock requirements for the online channel with eCommerceproduct merchandisers and input into the brand merchant teams forthe forecasting process The ideal candidate for this role will haveexceptional communications and interpersonal skills, which will berequired in order to manage active communication channels betweenrapidly developing team of eCommerce Product Merchandisers and keyinternal stake holders, including brand marketing teams.
Exposure to ecommerce at an operational level, includingcategory and business planning through to implementation, is anideal requirement for the role.
