As a ULD Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of on-going repair activities, monitoring, reporting, analysis and insights for ULD repairs workshop.
You will provide analysis to drive continuous improvement and ad hoc responses for specific decision making issues for example, repair forecast and volumes trends, peak and trough analysis, capacity / capability analysis, financial and operational KPIs.
You will also constantly engage in developing, managing and enhancing systems and processes.You will be accountable for development of performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets for the ULD Repair workshop, deliver daily, weekly, monthly performance reports / dashboards for management.
You will identify , monitor and resolve any service quality shortfalls for adverse KPS trends across the ULD Repair Workshop.
You will be responsible for the change management in case of changes in the current processes, or in case new processes are implemented.
You will also manage projects within the area of ULD repair workshop.In this role you will also be required to manage operational requirements or KPIs such as costing with rogue values, customer and supplier payment disputes or overdue accounts, audit findings both internal and external, production halted due to stock outs, Third party feedback and lack of errors.
You will also be responsible for drafting budget proposals for the line managers and provide support to annual budget process.
QualificationsYou should have a minimum of high school qualification with at least 5 years of job related experience working in a ULD / Galley Cart repair or similar equipment’s workshop.
You will have knowledge of systems within a production environment, and have exposure to quality systems. You will need to have a good knowledge of accounts payable, payroll and accounts receivable.
You will have strong experience in budgeting and planning with proven experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
You should have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and to deliver tasks within tight deadlines are essential requirements of the job.
