  • Run and supervise any kitchensection to the required standards set by management.
  • Ensure all preparation of the designated section iscomplete and ready for each service
  • Responsible for the quality control of stock and preparedfoods
  • Execute cooking to the expected highstandard quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure thecleanliness and organization of the designated section, includingfridges is monitored and maintained to the requiredstandard
  • Support head chef and sous indelivering required standard of food, and kitchenoperation
  • Effectively delegate jobs to juniorchefs and apprentices
  • Support junior chefs andapprentices in their development
  • Actively seekto improve skills and achieve personal development
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Comply with the grooming and hygiene standards
  • Comply at all times with the Staff Code ofConduct.
