Job Description

  • Provide communication's assistance to MD's Office Manager / Corporate Communication Manager to achieve the set targets.
  • To work in liaison with external organizations and promote a positive image of AAB. Liaising with all business units and departments to ensure the corporate communication is in line with the policy
  • Proactively manage the corporate communications and introducing new mode of communication / process and executing independently.
  • Managing the corporate publications, Producing the newsletters in close consultation with the Corporate Communication Manager / MD office Manager.
  • Maintain AAB corporate brand image in a professional way and making it familiar to external customers and internal staffs.
  • Support in maintaining &updating the corporate website.
  • Supporting the corporate communication Manager / MD office manager in setting up the corporate communication annual plan , incorporating corporate events, campaigns, department wise campaigns which needs to be published via corporate communication team.
  • Manage all the existing & new communication functions of AAB is within the centralized corporate communication team and incorporate where appropriate and deliver as per the instruction of the corporate communication Manager
  • Delivering robust internal and external communication as & when required & maintain confidentiality & data management for future retrievals.
  • Support in the internal communications relating to events which includes simple graphic work, taking photos and videos ( when required) and use of social media.
  • Proactively recommend new initiatives related to CSR activities and liaise with external customers
  • Prepare and assess current and new CSR Initiatives and sustainable business practices in AAB.
  • Work in liaison with external organizations and promote a positive image of AAB in respect of CSR activities and recommendations.
