Process all payment types such asroom charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
Process all check-outs including resolving any late anddisputed charges.
Answer, record, and processall guest calls, messages, requests, questions, orconcerns.
Coordinate with Housekeeping totrack readiness of rooms for check-in.
Communicate parking procedures to guests / visitors anddispatch bell staff or valet staff as needed.
Supply guests with directions and information regardingproperty and local areas of interest.
Rundaily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify anyspecial requests, and check reports for accuracy.
Complete designated cashier and closing reports in thecomputer system.
Cash guests' personalchecks and traveler's checks.
Countbank at the beginning and end of shift.
Balance and drop receipts according to Accountingspecifications.
