What You'll Do
Assisting with Product Launches & Technical Support on necessary operations within Kitopi.
Setting up and maintaining hardware and network infrastructure in multiple locations, knowledge of Fortinet network appliances.
Rolling out Microsoft Dynamics ERP, internal POS and other systems implementation plan across all kitchens and offices
Implementation and training staff on all new products / features
Support data analysts with validation checks including Looker dashboards
Documenting user manuals on process flows and new requirements after coordinating with teams on new features
Ensuring all processes are being followed daily
Troubleshooting system issues and escalating them to support teams if needed
Maintaining internal and external SLA’s, internal knowledge base and IT asset database
Setting up relationship with local AMC companies
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum of 3+ years experience within IT industry.
Knowledge of Fortinet network appliances.
Strong knowledge of SaaS / Cloud systems along with a general understanding and knowledge of operation systems such as POS, ERP and CRM systems.
Excellent judgement and critical thinking skills with the ability to utilize data to establish trigger point priorities and develop a tactic to deploy them.
Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
Knowledge of various operating systems and platforms, in specific Microsoft Dynamics ERP System
BSc / Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus
