About Your Job :

As a Sales Agent, you will support the sales team to achieve their assigned revenue targets by selling Al Maha Services, making bookings and answering customer enquiries within prescribed time frames.

You will assist the sales force in order to achieve revenue targets. You will deliver exceptional service to our customers inside and outside QR along with efficient handling of day to day sales related activities .

Your key accountabilities includes :

  • Respond to email and phone enquiries, sell Al Maha Services and create bookings from walk-in and online channels requests
  • Check-in customers to the Al Maha Services lounges
  • Provide support to the Sales Force to ensure increased awareness of Al Maha Services products / services by guiding them on the standard operating procedures and provide sufficient information
  • Support Sales Manager with administrative, sales and marketing activities related to the Sales Department.
  • Maintain regular contacts with the travel industry and corporate houses and assist them to their airline needs such as, bookings, confirmations and special offers.
  • Update monthly Corporate Productivity update for Sales Executive reference and review, in order to monitor day to day functioning, adherence to standard operating procedures and provide suggestions on corrective when required.
  • About You :

    You should have relevant High school qualification or formal qualification in sales with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in premium hospitality or airline or airport operations.

    You should have a smart appearance and the ability to interact effectively with customers of all nationalities are also pre-requisites for this position.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to think creatively and find alternative solutions, excellent negotiation / influencing skills, and well versed in Administration skill sets and excellent English communication (written and spoken).
