Ensures that mise-en-place is correctly carried out in his / her station.Trains and supervises work of Bus Boys.Serves food and beverage to the standards set by the Hotel pleasantly and with a smile.
Ensures that the Bus Boy is neat, tidy and clean.Discusses matters of importance to service with Bus Boys and learns the Menu and Beverage list to the finest details.
Cleans all special equipment needed before special parties.He or she is punctual at all times and takes pride in his / her job.
Participates in training sessions, briefings and meetings as and when requested.Observes, anticipate and accommodates all guests’ needs and requests.
Completes all necessary preparation of dishes in front of guests eg.a) Carvingb) Portioning outc) Flambeing, etc.Presents and serve food to guests from the queridon and serving dish in a proper sequence and timing.
Presents checks to guests upon requests and under the supervision of the Supervisor / Captain ensure that proper changes have been entered.
Assigns any of his / her duties related to service to the Bus Boy's whenever necessary.Initiate requisitions, for needed materials and supplies and forwarded it to the Supervisor / Captain for signature.
