  • Work in Butcherysection
  • Work according to the menusspecifications
  • Keep work area at all times inhygienic conditions according to the rules set by thehotel
  • Control food stock and food cost in hissection
  • Prepare the daily food production indifferent sections of the Butchery kitchen
  • Follow the instructions and recommendations from theimmediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality inthe daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products,recipes and preparation techniques
  • Instructand lead subordinates through their daily requirements in foodpreparation and actively take part in set up of buffets and specialfunctions
  • Coordinate and participate withother sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and costcontrol
