Responsibilities

  • Paramount tosuccess within this varied role will include;
  • Developing stakeholder management, interface andcommunication plans to be used by the Stakeholder team
  • Managing stakeholder interface activities
  • Maintaining analysis plan to develop and implementstrategic swim lanes of follow up, communication, support andnegotiation plans
  • Planning and leadingactivities to secure stakeholders fulfilment and report regularlyon the status of approvals and pending issues
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships seniorlevel
  • Influencing people to adopt thecollaborative mindset to facilitate the delivery of projects withinthe scheduled time
  • Coordinating with thewider team and liaising with all authorities and stakeholdersthroughout the process of obtaining project permits andNOC's
  • Assisting in the technicalcoordination with the design teams and discipline heads in allmatters related to service providers / authoritiesrequirements
