JobDescription

The Associatewill be responsible for the following :

Selection of external fund / investment managers

Facilitating the development of a co-investment pipelinefor the internal investment teams

Monitoringthe fund portfolio for any changes on risk appetite and requiredreturns and executing for the same

Conductingdue diligence on investment proposals and review prospective fundreports

Training and managing equityanalysts

TheSuccessful Candidate Should Have TheFollowing

A minimumqualification of bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance orequivalent from a reputable university

Astrong preference for a master's degree / MBA andCFA

A minimum of 5years' of investment experience across fund of funds / equity- long-only funds / fund selectionadvisory

Ability to conductindependent financial and operational due diligence and research onfunds

Strong communication skills
