PurposeThe Brand Manager is the"Ambassador" for the company and will establish astrong and long term partnership with the brand he represents aswell as with the sales associates in the showrooms.
The BrandManager’s purpose is to take all the necessary actions toboost the brands he represents and achieve the quantitative andqualitative targets.
ResponsibilitiesRetail, Pricing &Discounts- Create and implement Strategies to increase Sell Out andReduce Discounts- Monitor every POS carrying the brand and ensuringthe Sales Target of the brand is achieved every month.
Select,Train and Manage one Brand specialist per POS- Regular stockcontrol of each POS (valuables & POS Material), preparationand implementation of replenishment requests- Work closely with theRetail Department to ensure the implementation of thebrand’s guidelines in terms of Visibility in each POS-Work closely with the Retail Department to ensure theimplementation the brand’s guidelines in terms of Pricingand Discount in each POS- Discuss and agree with the RetailDepartment on actions to be taken to improve Sales ResultsAnalysis& Reporting : - With the help and support of the RetailDepartment, do an on-going assessment of business opportunities forimprovement (opening / closing of a POS, installation / removal ofCorner, Create corporate deals, etc)- Analyze Stock & SalesData of the brand continuously- Prepare & Send Stock& Sell Out report per location to the brand every month-Prepare & Send Merchandising update report to the brandevery month- Responsible for annual sales forecast for everyPOSOrders & Deliveries : - Responsible for annual order atSIHH or Baselworld for the brand in line with Sales Forecasts-Validate and allocate product received to the relevant POS in linewith the needs identified by the Retail Department.
Follow up withFinance department on payments and due-datesCommunication : - Be themain point of contact with the brand and re-distribute the saidcommunication to the relevant department (Advertising, Finance,Sales, etc)- Follow-up with the brand on all requests received andcommunicate accordingly with the relevant department (Retail,Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, etc)- Represent the companyduring visits to the brand’s regional offices and / orheadquarters- Understand the brand’s requirement in termsof communication (advertising, PR, Events, etc)- Define withMarketing Department and with the brand what is the best possibleplanOther responsibilities : - Monitor brand’s distributionand sales in other markets to stay ahead of competition- Manage thebrand during the exhibition and support the brand in all details(Shipping, Customs, Installation, Sales, Storage, Corporate Sales,etc)- Monthly report to Company’s Management on situationfor the brand (stock levels, sales, average discount, bestperforming POS, issues, etc)Job DetailsJob Location : Doha, QatarJob Role : Management Company Industry : Wholesale &Import / Export Trade Preferred Candidate Career Level : ManagementGender : Male Degree : Bachelor'sdegree
