Purpose : The purpose of this role is to supervise the day to day Hair & Beauty Salon activities, manage staff and clients to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and run the frontdesk.
Responsibilities : Ensuring frontdesk, stylist & beauticians are giving great customer service and doing amazing work to ensure clients satisfaction.
Manage day to day salon activities and manage salon staff to make sure they are following company policies and operational procedures.
Manage client complaints resulting in 100% customer satisfaction.Reduce clients complaints. Increase clients satisfaction.
Reduce clients complaints. Assist Manager in meeting with salon staff about their sales target for retail and add ons. Ensuring salons are always presentable and be rated 5 Star to further enhance clients experience.
Learn the booking system and learn all the services we offer and able to book clients efficiently and accurately. Able to balance her drawer and not have any shortage of cash or undercharge or overcharge or any check out mistakes.
