Lead the Operations team to maintain the highest standards in the delivery of programs and shared services. Lead innovation on program curriculum, content, quality and structure, in coordination with all key stakeholders (main campus, academic Directors, faculty, course leaders etc).
Monitor participant feedback, take swift corrective action as necessary and ensure the end user experience is always at HEC standards.
Coordination with the Paris campus to ensure a coherent customer experience with similar programs at main campus. Lead the effective management of HEC-Q shared services (Back Office support, Facilities Management and I.
T. administration) to reflect the standards of the school and support the smooth running of operations. Lead the relocation of HEC-Q to new premises in coordination with all key stakeholders.
Ensure smooth transition and business continuity. Maintain and further develop quality assurance. Review and implement guidelines and processes.
Ensure full compliance with standards and policies of the school consistently. Facilitate communication and share best practices with the Paris campus.
Exercise budgetary and financial control of the department budget. Seek value for money and strike the right balance between cost optimization and quality in all HEC-Q programs.
Maintain regular reporting, raising any critical issues to the Senior Executive Director of Finance, Operations and Administration.
Represent HEC Paris in Qatar in front of clients throughout program delivery. Travel as required for HEC Paris in Qatar’s program delivery.
Supervise and set goals required of each employee, providing feedback regularly. Motivate and energize the team to achieve goals.
