PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
To manage channel partners relationships, Network partner coordination and drive profitable business and increase market share by offering relevant solutions to the customer's requirements ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Lead a team of senior specialists providing guidance, led by examples, coaching and assistance so as to achieve company objectives while developing team members
Oversee the daily activities of the team to ensure KPIs set are met.
Ensure delivery of all financial targets- revenue and numbers as per company strategy.
Manage channel partners and insure their profitability and retention
Identification of potential customers / markets for FTTH products and services.
Identifying and nurturing of new sales opportunities and leads.
Forecasting of business basis pipeline built Township wise
Engagement with Manpower agency to make sure availability of resources (Sales team)
Ensure Back End operations, process compliance and Financial reconciliation
Ensure Sales processes, reporting and systems management is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 5 years direct sales experience and proven experience as sales leadership role in Door to Door selling / FTTH
Front line team management
Good Communications in both English and Myanmar
