Process immigration requests to ensure that new employees receive their residence permits. Liaise with respective managers on outlying cases and seek legal unit support for non-standard immigration requirements.
Oversee the maintenance of employee files as well as ensure that all employment related documentation is up-to-date as per legal and regulatory requirements.
Work with the Talent Acquisition Section and prepare employment contracts, coordinate the acceptance process for selected employees and verify that contractual terms and conditions are in line with the ones agreed by employees and approved by the organization.
Receive and process valid, authorized requests for the issuance of staff salary certificates, letters of introduction / bona-fide statements for business and / or personal visa issuance, bank account opening or any other purposes involving local or foreign government bodies.
Coordinate with the Legal Affairs Section for the resolution of legal disputes pertaining to change of employment status (employment termination, demotion, change of designation, no-objection certificates, etc.
Work with the Talent Acquisition Section to ensure the company adheres to government norms on nationality quotas for expatriate hires.
Ensure all employee and employment details are entered into appropriate information systems as per internal procedures. Prepare internal staff administration reports with relevant statistics pertaining to all the above aspects of the section’s mandate.
