As an AssistantIT Manager, the implementation and upkeep of the PropertyManagement System (Opera) will be your main responsibility.
Youwill need to ensure that the PMS is up to date with the mostcurrent version as instructed by Corporate IT, then assistauthorized users in relation to hotel operations and support teammembers with their personal computers.
You are responsible for thecoordination and timely handling of any software fault reports orenhancement requests as well as to provide technical assistance tointernal and external audit staff.
