About the roleWe are currently hiring for your skills for managing customer feedback. The main objective of the position is to manage the feedback process with the customer through the entire cycle from receiving / acknowledging the communication, analyzing the feedback request, leading the investigation process through to finalizing the resolution and necessary response and evaluating and submitting the compensation proposal for approval.
The customer care officer directly manages all customer facing communication and is the final approver on all cases not leading to compensation.
The Customer Care Officer plays an important role in the continuous improvement initiatives for the airline by highlighting recurring causes of service failures and participate in ongoing forums to optimize the Customer Experience Journey.

Minimum 4 years of experience with hands on premium customer care / customer service.Possess strong analytical and detail oriented.
