Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Talent Acquisition Team! She / He will be responsible for assisting the team with recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies with the overall team's goal to effectively full-fill company's hiring needs in timely and efficient approach.

  • Assists Talent Acquisition staff by gathering, processing, creating and maintaining of new hires documentation & personal files
  • Provides administrative, consistent & centralized support to Recruiters with the full recruiting cycle
  • Interview scheduling / coordination as well as greeting candidates and facilitating meetings / interviews with the departments.
  • Performs follow up correspondence and communication with all stakeholders
  • Arranges for obtaining personal documents from new recruits and chase on their visa requirements
  • Submits visa requests to ESU (Employee Services Unit) - coordinates with ESU and monitors visa process
  • Completes background (Reference) checking for new hires in compliance with TA process
  • Facilitates onboarding of new hires and liaises with candidates and HR personnel for Travels booking / Travels Guidelines / Quarantine / vaccination reports and others
  • Ensures Accurate, Regular and Timely updates of recruitment trackers / folders
  • Maintains organized filing of recruitment records and communication
  • Monitors and ensures timely follow-up on candidates submission of pre-employment documentation.
  • Ensures all pre-employment documentation for candidates are received prior to submitting the file to personnel.
  • Posting and advertising of new vacant positions on company website along with performing timely updates of data into the ATS
  • Performs new requirements verification checks and monitors Requisition approval work flow
  • Organizes recruiters work flow and provides assistance in recruitment projects when needed
  • Prepares periodic reports related to recruitment database and filing.
  • Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 year administrative or recruitment related experience
  • Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer service orientation skills
  • Strong administrative support in a complex work nature utilizing strong organizational skills
  • High degree of responsibility and proven ability ability to prioritize tasks
  • Project coordination throughout the recruiting process
  • Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment
  • Proficient working experience on MS Office applications
