HUMAN RESOURCES, PAYROLL ANDADMINISTRATION
Ensure compliance inday- to- day operations of human resource andpayroll duties. Duties include but are not limited to the followingareas : employment, payroll, employee relations,benefits,compensation, organizational development, andadministration.
Process Payroll in an accurate andtimely manner (using WPS) and in compliance with Qatar Ministry ofLabor
Maintain employee personnel files
Manage staff welfare administration including health cardapplication and insurances,
Maintain and updateEmployee Handbookand Benefits Manual
Serve as pointof contact for all payroll / benefits inquiries and complaints,ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate resolution
Process employees’ contracts and QatarID’s
Perform payroll / benefit relatedreconciliations to the General Ledger and other accounts
Maintain all required insurance policies including but notlimited to liability, vehicle, Workers’ Compensation,etc.
Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring,orientation, and termination
Create and maintainaccurate job descriptions
Oversee facilitiesmaintenance in coordination with the Assets ManagementOfficer
