Ensure compliance inday- to- day operations of human resource andpayroll duties. Duties include but are not limited to the followingareas : employment, payroll, employee relations,benefits,compensation, organizational development, andadministration.

PrincipalResponsibilities :

  • Process Payroll in an accurate andtimely manner (using WPS) and in compliance with Qatar Ministry ofLabor
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Manage staff welfare administration including health cardapplication and insurances,
  • Maintain and updateEmployee Handbookand Benefits Manual
  • Serve as pointof contact for all payroll / benefits inquiries and complaints,ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate resolution
  • Process employees’ contracts and QatarID’s
  • Perform payroll / benefit relatedreconciliations to the General Ledger and other accounts
  • Maintain all required insurance policies including but notlimited to liability, vehicle, Workers’ Compensation,etc.
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, hiring,orientation, and termination
  • Create and maintainaccurate job descriptions
  • Oversee facilitiesmaintenance in coordination with the Assets ManagementOfficer
