Works collaboratively with othersacross the COMPANY to formulate, implement, and evaluate strategicplans, goals and objectives for risk management, in consistent withthe COMPANY mission, vision and values.
Establishes, formulates and implements thenational patient safety and risk management programs across theState of Qatar.
Leads and overseesprojects and strategic initiatives related to patient safety andrisk management.
Develops andoversees the implementation of policies and procedures on riskmanagement in consultation with other stakeholders within theCOMPANY and across healthcare providers.
Establishes, formulates and implements patientsafety and risk management education and training programs andtrainings across the State of Qatar to build capacity in thesector.
Defines the goals andobjectives for the patient safety and risk management unit anddevelops long term plans and directs day-to-dayoperations. ![]()
