University Degree (or equivalent or higher) Surgical, Medical, Dermatology, nursing, biomedical engineering or related field
Significant work experience in sales of medical Equipment, consumables & Derma products & Devices
Fluent in English & Arabic
A Product Specialist will seek out customers and sell our products and services as well as deliver exceptional customer service, answering all customer questions and concerns regarding our products and helping them make the most informed buying choice possible.
You will demonstrate your technical knowledge of our various product options in a friendly and helpful manner, treat potential customers with the utmost respect, and follow up with them, making every effort to close the sale in a professional manner.
Continuously expand knowledge of our product line
Always deliver exceptional customer service
Answer all questions and address all concerns that the customer may have
Demonstrate product functionality accurately and completely
Accurately communicate all technical specifications
Work cooperatively with the rest of the team
Seek self-improvement through mentoring and coaching from senior team members
Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times
Log all customer contacts including contact information for follow-up
Follow up with potential and existing customers to promote new or current products.
Offer related products and services to new customers
Assist in new product introduction and release activities
Work with sales team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on day to day activities, sales objectives, target progress, etc.
Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
Prepare and / or review Tender Documentation Packages comprising of Instructions to Bidders, Contract Form, General Terms Conditions, Bid Forms, etc.
Evaluation and contract negotiation
Provide daily, weekly and monthly agenda and reports on sales activities.
Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales pipeline to management.
University Degree in Medicine, Dermatology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or related field.
Significant work experience in Medical related product sales.
Able to memorize product specifications and demonstrate use accurately
Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, reliable and punctual
