DohaFull-time, PermanentRequired Skills· Should have minimum 2 years’ ERP support experience.· Good Communication Skills in English· Ability to provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems related to software and peripherals and help customers work through technical difficulties.

  • Basic HTML & PHP will be an advantageResponsibilities· Responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.
  • Manage incoming calls to the Support desk via telephone and e-mail / IM, ensuring courteous, timely, and effective resolution to End Users issues.
  • Maintain relationship with Technical Team and Clients· Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners.
  • Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.· Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems.
  • Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.· Thoroughly understand ERP business practices and procedures· Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
