Answer phones and respond to customer requests with a smile. Place customer order in the system and forward such orders to appropriate sales & marketing staff.
Should possess adequate weekly advertisement. Responsible for the weekly advertisement. Provide customer with product, service information and company website.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff. Complete call logs and reports. Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements. Builds a Cordial relationship with the client. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
