Who You'll Work With
You’ll work within our Middle East Knowledge Hub Team, based out of Doha or Kuwait. You’ll be part of our global knowledge network, which includes more than 2,000 knowledge professionals who work alongside our consultants and clients to generate distinctive insights and proprietary knowledge.
You will work with this group to help develop, codify, sanitize, and manage our global knowledge portal, which includes more than 50,000 documents that form the backbone of our firm's knowledge management.
What You'll Do
You will thought-partner with McKinsey consultants, knowledge professionals and clients to articulate, scope, prioritize research needs by setting them in context of business problems using a broad spectrum of appropriate sources.
In this role you'll perform a variety of analyses such as bench-marking, trends identification, industry and competitive profiling, market sizing, growth projections, opportunity scanning, to add value to problem solving discussions.
You'll have the opportunity to share your insights provide synthesis and practical implications within tight deadlines, via end products in the form of single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, and spreadsheets.
You'll also serve as a sparring partner, leveraging internal and external networks, to engage in team problem solving, share evolving business trends and best practices, and contribute to knowledge creation initiatives.
