We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.About the position : As an E-Commerce and E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for creating a comprehensive marketing strategy and provide leadership on a commercial level for all marketing activities of Discover Qatar (DQ) and Qatar Airways Holidays (QRH).
You will oversee the marketing team activities and make sure that the team deliver the plans and target in their assigned source market, ensuring high levels of service and increase DQ and QRH revenue and awareness in the relevant markets.
You will be responsible for marketing activities, E-Strategies, B2C online proposition, including design functionality.Accountability : Develop Marcom and E-
Strategy for the promotion of Discover Qatar (DQ) and QRH products, including Brand strategy , annual plans, website enhancement and social media plans, website enhancement and social media application.
Review the market trends and oversee the implementation of strategies to attain revenue targets. Develop integrated Discover Qatar and QRH Commercial marketing campaigns ensuring consistency of messaging and imagery in all key communication channels.
Propose annual marketing budgets to Executive Management to ensure DQ and QRH maximize the opportunities and contribute to the success of QR Group.
Employ he full range of marketing mix including through the line campaigns, events, digital marketing, sponsoring and advertising, advancing DQ and QRH image and market profile, applying them in a wide range of market context (Exhibition, conference, publication).
Oversee the website and the related revenue generation opportunities from its effective marketing.Grow ENL subscribers and social media presence.
Constantly look for improvement on the marketing deployment processes to improve effectiveness.Define the search engine marketing strategy, marketing strategy and meta search distribution strategy.
Analyze web traffic statics and ROI of all e-marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities : To be effective in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 7 years of job-
related experience within the Destination Management or Tourism industry and have worked in a multinational company. Knowledge Tourism markets and of the key players would be an advantage.
Strong project management skills are essential as well as your understanding of broad marketing concepts and ability to use different market techniques.
Experience in Media Planning, Advertising, Market Search, especially in dealing with agencies.Experience of working in the GCC market will be an advantage.
