Purpose of the role as the Energy Services and Analytics Analyst in Technology Shared Services (TSS) is toensure the day-

to-day operation of Vodafone’s global energy data platform, provision of data quality, analysis and reporting services as per agreedservice levels, on-

boarding of new services which enables Vodafone Group and local markets to deliver energy consumption and cost savings. In scope are meterand invoice data for 310 000 mobile base stations, 375 000 fixed access notes,4 200 buildings, 65 000 smart meters in 26 local markets.

This is a unique opportunity to create an industry leadingservice for multiple contries from scratch, driving innovation and pushing the boundaries in energy data management and analytics.

Key accountabilities anddecision ownership :

Configuring Energy data management platform and services at the agreed KPIs (e.g. data quality, reporting, usermanagement).

Responsible for data imports, quality assurance, reporting, analytics and ad-hoc requests.

Responsible for providing end to end system & data quality investigations and fixing issues or escalating to appropriate stakeholder within the agreed SLA’s.

Responsible for on-boarding newservices.

Ensure Operation Improvement reports are produced in a timely and qualitative manner and that key risks andissues are clearly defined and managed.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

  • Minimum 1 year experience.
  • Confident and able to liaise andinfluence at all levels within Vodafone and / or relevant customer organizations.

    Highly customer focused individual with a clear passion for delivering ahead of customer expectations.

    Strong stakeholder management, communication and engagement skills in an international and cross-functional environment.

    Excellent analytical thinking, results-oriented, pro-active, fast learner & can-do attitude.

    Good understanding of energy and telecommunicationtechnology.

    Customer satisfaction (internal NPS)

    Must have technical / professional qualifications :

    Degree in IT, ComputerScience, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

    Service Management (e.g. ITIL).

    Excellent command of the Englishlanguage : Reading / Writing / Speaking; ideally additional languages like German, Spanish, Italian, etc..
