Position Summary :
Develop and conduct training to satisfy customer training requirements. Determine appropriate training content, objectives and design using general technical data.
Assist in establishment of and utilizes processes for evaluating effectiveness of technical training. Use generalized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
Key Responsibilities :
Updates existing complete training material by incorporating technical and engineering changes and / or assessments to maintain currency of course material.
Develops complete training material (e.g., instructor led, presentation, instructor / student guides, programs of instruction) based on technical data, design requirements, and objectives in order to deliver customer training / courseware.
Communicates complete customer training needs by partnering with other specialists (e.g., designers, developers, engineers, programmers, technical publications).
Conducts courseware reviews.
Develops and documents complete training objectives (e.g., enabling, supporting, terminal, learning) based on analysis of customer requirements and technical resource data to design complete training course material.
Assists with reviews and evaluations of training objectives developed by others.
Performs complete task analysis, media / method analysis, fidelity analysis, and learning analysis. Assists higher level employees with needs analysis.
Gathers, examines, and interprets complete technical data by reviewing resource data (e.g., publications, engineering documents, drawings, logistics database) to determine the content of training course material.
Evaluates complete customer training by observing, measuring, testing, reviewing, and analyzing training to ensure that learning objectives are met effectively.
Observes and tracks student performance. Recommends and incorporates improvements as necessary. Assists with establishing processes and criteria for evaluations to be used by others.
Complies with commercial, government, regulatory and organizational standards and specifications (e.g., export control, ISO, SCORM) during development of complete courses.
Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, and develop new and complete media and materials.
Maintains standards associated with tools being used. Ensures the quality of work prior to release.
Performs other duties as assigned. This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Doha, Qatar. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.
S.-based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable Qatar law.

Bachelor's degree and / or 5 years’ equivalent work experience in Supply, Logistics Management related field
Experienced maintainer with logistics awareness / exposure
3 years’ experience applying instructional principals and supporting training development
Good skills in Microsoft (MS) Office
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary characteristics for success in this position Preferred :
Experience working directly with or teaching a Middle Eastern customer
Arabic language would be highly desirable
Basic knowledge or exposure of GOLDesp
Last 3 years working with an MRO system
Military Aviation Maintenance experience
