Clean and disinfect areas such as Patient rooms, Operating Theatres, various Risk areas of hospitals, as per cleaning schedule, and supervisor instructions.
Cleans and maintains floors, stairways, and carpets by performing tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, shampooing, dry / wet mopping, auto-scrubbing, and floor refinishing (such as burnishing)?
Use and store materials properly as per manufacturers’ specifications.?Report any problems or incidents immediately to the Supervisor.
Ensure proper usage and upkeep of cleaning equipment.?Maintain equipment by proper usage, cleaning, and replacing items such as filters, vacuum bags, and belts.
Report any noticeable maintenance problems or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.?Assemble and disassemble scaffolding and elevating equipment as per set safety standards.
Comply with the safety policies and procedures of HMC and Acciona.?Abide by rules and regulations as per the standards of HMC and Acciona.
Work as a part of a team and communicate customer complaints and revert with corrective action taken to the supervisor, to achieve Client satisfaction.
