Lead and manage EH&B business activities with a view to development of new business opportunities (70% focus), enhance the client service delivery, help to realizing agreed client objectives, mentor colleagues to improve competency, ensuring client access to full range of Marsh / MMC resources, introduction of new MMC services, relationship building with insurance market / business partners in collaboration with MMB specialty.
Leadership & Management
Work closely with the CEO and CSCS Leader for development / execution of Qatar plans that drive achievement of short and longterm business revenue and profitable goals.

Ensure operations are fully aligned and adhering to local laws and
regulations in co-ordination with Compliance team.

Establish good working relationships with senior levels within Marsh,
with Clients, Insurance Markets, Regulators and high level business
Analyse people, process & structures for appropriate utilization of
systems and tools to improve efficiency.
Ensure the effective planning, coordination, communication,
delegation and motivation of the service team.
Efficient use of MarshForce by self and of the team in co-ordination
with the Country Coordinator.
Work towards continuous enhancement of technical competence of
Financial Performance :
Work closely with the CEO / Finance Manager in managing the
financial goals of the organization in terms of Revenue growth,
Expense management & Profitability.
Identify and co-ordinate business development opportunities with
Sales Team (revenue growth), personally engage in support of team
members' pursuit of new / expanded business / helps to harness
Compliance to accounting policies and procedures.
Actively support the Anti Money Laundering Policy of Marsh and
AML regulations in Qatar.
Senior role for the implementation of business development
strategies and plans - structure, process and people.
Client / industry relations
Understand the clients’ business and risk profile, its products,
developments, structure, financial position, politics, market position
Know the client, particularly the senior decision makers, build and
maintain relationships with them.
Determine the client’s risk management needs and ensure the team
is fully aware of their risk philosophy.
Keep up to date with market and technical developments.
Provide prompt and accurate technical support to clients and internal
Responding to client / prospect RFP (written and oral presentation)
To work with the Placement Team on establishing core insurer
partners, developing and managing the relationships in accordance
with the segments and risk practices.
